The cloud energy golf cart battery was easy to install. It is definitely performing better than the lead acid batteries it replaced. It is an improvement in every way. Jovy from cloud energy is a big help. He is quick to respond to any questions thru email. I recommend Cloud energy batteries. This is the third one I have purchased. Two 48v and one 36v. All had the metal case. I have been happy with all 3.

The battery showed up on time. It is heavy but still way lighter than the old batteries. I had a question about the battery and they answered back by the next day. Not sure what else to add, beside I bought the 36v. I am very happy with the power and that it came with a charger. It was very easy to put in as well. Will be buying more of these. Great buy!

Great battery, even better customer service. Original charger didn’t work, and Emily was able to get us a new one sent out within a few days. The weight of the battery compared to 6 of the acid batteries is substantially lighter, which in turn also makes the golf cart much faster. The metal box around the battery ensures the durability of the battery from the outside elements. Very happy with the product!

While I receive the battery, one of the components was missing. We had to order it separately. I would have liked to have known that before hand. In the display it was supposed to be there and it was not.

The media could not be loaded. The single 36v battery was fairly easy to install. The charger was sent without any type of connectors. I just took the connector from my old acid battery charger and connected it up to the lithium charger. Theis enabled me to use the existing charging port on my ezgo. 😃 It charges just fine and super fast. It doesn’t come with a dc to dc 36v to 12 v converter. So I recommend you purchase one and connect it in between your battery and fuse box so you can use the lights and horn. Pretty good value so far. I’ve had it installed now for about a month with no issues at all. Battery lasts me about 3 weeks before the first charge! Old batteries needed charging all the time. Also, my old ezgo goes almost twice as fast…overall I’m a happy customer!!😀
