Works well!
I love the quality, cool lights, & how long it lasts ~ but the battery does deplete when you don’t use it for a week or more.

Great scooter, bad battery
First off let me say I love the scooter. Plenty of- speed and torque. Great range while the battery is good. That's when the problems start. 1st 6 months of ownership were great but after 6 months they battery would only charge to 73%. The following month it dropped to 65%. 9 months in and the battery only charges to 53%. Okai customer service has been less than stellar as well. I called Okai to report the issue and see how to get it repaired. After alot of back and forth emails and sending videos to demonstrate the problem I finally got a return authorization label to send the scooter back for repair, notice I said repair not replace. Of course I wasn't expecting to have to ship this scooter back after 9 months so of course I didn't have the original box anymore so it took me some time to find a box that it would fit in. Finally shipped the scooter back on December 5th. I got an email on December 13th from Okai saying that they had receieved my scooter and would be working on it in the coming days. 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything so I emailed Okai to check the status and no response. A week later I emailed again and still no response so I called the customer service number and they couldn't give me a status update but would forward my inquiry on to the person handling my repair. A week later I finally get a reply email stating that my scooter should be repaired the week of January 19th and I would receive a tracking number once the scooter has shipped back to me. The 19th has come and gone and I still haven't received any update. I have once again emailed Okai requesting an update. If I don't receive a response in a timely manner I am considering contacting Amazon to see if I can get a refund. I also bought a 2nd scooter for my wife and hers is defective as well. That scooter the headlight stays and will not turn off thus killing the battery. Once the battery is completely dead it finally dies but as soon as I plug the charger in to charge the battery and it gets a little bit of juice the light turns on by itself, even without turning the scooter on. I reported this issue to Okai as well and they issued me a return authorization for the 2nd scooter as well. Since it was so hard finding a box for the 1st scooter I planned to use the same box once I received it back from repair but at this rate it looks like I'm going to have to find another box to send the 2nd scooter back otherwise summer will be here and I still wont have the 2nd scooter back. Having said all that, I can't recommend the Okai brand.

20 mph potential
Great product & with modular repairable wheels, the device can actually unlock a 20 mph mode which is a life saver, but if the range was wider it would add to the experience, overall great

Battery Life is not what I expected
The battery life is not that good. I usually get about 10 miles on a full charge. Even though it is advertised as 18 miles from a full charge, it is not. Quality control is not that great either, my unit has a failed rear wheel after about two weeks of use.Highlights:- Fun to ride from point A to point B- Easy to fold and transport anywhere- Works as expected in short trips- Compact Size

Great Scooter
This was my first Scooter and I am very happy with it. It was very easy to assemble it only took me five minutes to completeThe battery will last a very long time and it takes only like 4 to 5 hours to fully charge. I live in New York City, so it was perfect for me.Just note it’s heavy it’s like 52 pounds, so it’s not easy to lift it everywhere.

Not bad, app to use stinks
Its ok, but you have to use an app every time you get on the scooter, which can be a hassle and the rear suspension may May as well not be there because it stinks, not worth it

Awesome scooter
I weigh 240 lbs I absolutely love this scooter. The brakes work great the headlight is great and the ground effect lighting helps me stand out in the dark. 15.5 mph may not sound fast but at 61 years old it’s plenty fast. Would definitely recommend
