Light weight open ear head phone.Very well working, mic is awesome and very clear to hear from opposite end. Sond is okay and no base because it is open ear head phones. Good for ears so okay with no base.Battery backup is okay almost 5-6 hrs is working.Very affordable.Fast connectivity than all other blue tooth headphones.I felt it takes less than a hrs for full charge from 20% of battery to 100%.Stoped using other headphones now.

One side stooped working in a months time. I wonder what to do. The volume of the headphones were very low. I suggest do not buy. Also service center denied taking the items as they demanded outer box. For items with 1 year warranty it is difficult to store the outer box. I took the warranty card, invoice and the full set. But they are not taking. For warranty claim, the other method is to send the itemto their center in hyderabad. Pathetic!5 April 2025The things completely stopped working. No way to get this sorted. I did not keep the bulky outer cover and the service center is asking for the full package to return. They will not even repair.

Build quality is good but sound quality can be better.

Good quality and good battery backup

I recently purchased a product from this seller, and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare from the start. I bought a pair of earphones, and upon receiving them, I immediately noticed that the left earphone was not functioning. Not only that, but the product also appeared to be refurbished rather than brand new, despite being advertised as such.Hoping it was just a one-time mistake, I went through the hassle of requesting a replacement. However, to my dismay, the replacement I received was in the exact same condition - defective and clearly refurbished. It's evident that this seller either has a serious quality control issue or is knowingly selling subpar products.The lack of transparency regarding the condition of the items sold is highly disappointing. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for - new, fully functional products, not defective or refurbished items masquerading as new.Furthermore, the seller's customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive in resolving the issue. It's frustrating to deal with such poor service and a lack of accountability.I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this seller to avoid the headache and disappointment of receiving defective or refurbished products. It's a shame that what could have been a simple transaction turned into a regrettable experience.

I purchased it for gaming as mentioned that it has low latency of 40ms. But i am very disappointed with the neckband as i recieved two neckbands of the same but both of them has some issue or i can say that both are defective in different different manner as one has disconnection problem and another one has hissing sound problem.But bass and sound quality is excellent.It has excellent sound ( balanced bass and treble).It is expected from ptron to resolve this issue of disconnection and hissing sound quickly so that other users will not face this problem.Overall sound quality is excellent except the disconnection and hissing.

Sound is excellent. Powerful bass. Realme app is convenient for Equalizer purpose. Overall a good deal for 1000 during sales
