Great product though it contains milk
Product has no taste or bad smell. No stomach pain. Pills were very easy to swallow. The bottle is easy to open. I started taking these in October 2 days before my cycle. I noticed a difference 4 days into my cycle(missed one day). It took almost a week for the product to work. I believe it’s best to take 3 daily for 4/5 days then back 2. It truly helped with my ph after my cycle. I did finish the bottle yesterday. I will be purchasing more after I try the love bug brand(contain more cfu, milk & garlic).

Great Ph Balance
I like how this probiotic is in the capsule so for easy digestion and they also does not taste bad. Unlike other probiotics are overly priced this one works and is at a good price! You can totally tell the difference by just a week of using it. You can even smell the difference! Thank me later!
