More comfortable than the metal and foam ones
In photos I have a CVS metal one for reference, my index finger has been hurting for unknown until able to see dr reasons, and it was getting worse and I figured a splint was a good idea until I could go get it xrayed. Bought cheap cvs splint and it is uncomfortable and bulky when I need to wear gloves at work. So I bought a couple other options and this was my favorite, it supports the lowest knuckle not just the two finger specific joints. I have problems with stiff knuckles feeling need for cracking, so the finger pain is no help lol but this one is comfy.Only minor concern is I ripped off the tiny itchy tag, and the velcro closest to my fingertip does hit my middle finger and is mildly annoying, but not as bad as the metal one.

Better than NOT having a splint
Been wearing off-and-on for 5 weeks now. Seems to offer some support, but perhaps could hold the finger 'straighter' with a 'side splint' rather than just one underneath. Also the velcro straps have sharp ends where they attach to the neoprene, and make them uncomfortable if your fingers are close together.

Works ok not great
Needed this for a thumb injury. It works good but has a tendency to come loose as I wear it so I have to redo the closure.

Best of 3 Soft Splints I Tried -Perfect
Damaged my Index finger. Initially used a popsicle stick taped. Worked well for about a week or two. But it had limitations & tried buddy taping with middle finger,.. which worked well except I often wear gloves & became awkward to untape for wearing gloves. So I need a more sophisticated splint tht was eary off, easy on, easy to wash, not too stiff, easiy & effectively adjustable. This splint was perfect.I tried a cheaper look-alike split but velcro just did ndot hold well.BOTTOM LINE: EARNS *****5***** Stars!

Just Right to Immobilize Finger while Sleeping
I use this brace at night. It is strong enough to immobilize my finger, but light enough that I barely notice that it's on. I am 6'1" and 185lbs, and the brace fits my middle finger well. It does not keep the finger fully extended; I can extend/flex the end of my finger about an additional 1/4" when the brace is on. But what I want to prevent is curling my fingers into a fist when I sleep, and this brace does that job very well.

Garbage...i threw mine out after a week.
Just garbage I know these are designed for basketball players...i used mine under my work gloves any sweat or water hits these braces they become frizzy and stretched out...i threw mine away after a week of hard work...if your a basketball player hopefully you don't sweat or if you sir on the bench they look pretty.

Don't do it!
I suggest you not purchase this! The straps are made of plastic and they are melted on to the splint carelessly. You can see in the pictures that the plastic strap goes beyond the connecting fabric and one of them hit in a very sensitive spot while the other connections aren't much more comfortable. Consider yourself advised.

Marginal utility, too stiff.
Got two variants of these, and both were way too stiff. But they can be bent into shape, for semi-permanent fit. Actually work better if used on the inside of your damaged finger, and not as shown in photos. Would NOT buy these again, need more flexible variant.
