Won't charge! Crap
It was great when it worked. Now it won't charge.

Cumbersome to use
Difficult using, downloading music, Bluetooth, using. Instructions were not descriptive enough. It was mostly trial and error to work properly.

Terrible WIFI
This unit is somewhat sluggish responding to the touchscreen, but I can live with that. The major problem is awful WIFI performance. In locations where my phone gets 300Mb, this thing gets 1.9Mb. Loading songs, books or video takes forever. I've tried resetting it, but still the same.

sizing isn't accurate to the description. device runs slow. unresponsive. don't recommend

Not perfect
It jams up, if you manually change the song playing, it changes but does no change on the screen. If you are listening to music and start strolling any other app the music stops. Battery life is no where even close to what is advertised, it says 50 hours, Lmfao more like 8 if your lucky. I'm probably going to return it.
