***UPDATE 2/12/24*** Contacted customer service as the original unit had an error where it would intermittently not work correctly. (The toilet seat warmer and water warmer intermittently stopped working). Customer service was very quick to respond, sending a replacement unit within 5 days of notification of the issue. I would give more than 5 stars if I were able to do so. 100% would buy again! Original review: This was a replacement for our Brondell Swash which finally bit the dust and the cost for a replacement was absurd. This was more economical and fit what we needed better for a fraction of the price. Not only was this easier to install, but outperformed the Brondell in spray, temperature, and comfort. I highly recommend this as a quality “luxury” bidet with a good budget.

This bidet works great. My only complaint is that in my particular toilet area, the power cable comes out of the right side while the power outlet I have is on the left, so I had to purchase a GFCI-certified 2 foot power extension cable to get the plug to reach the outlet. If I had the ability / option to move the power cable from the right side of the bidet to the left I would be 100% satisfied!

I bought this 3 months ago and it still works like brand new. I also have used Toto, which is great, but so hard to deep clean. This one is very easy to clean. Also, super easy to install as well

I’ve been using this bidet for a few weeks now and I really enjoy all its features, including the heated seat and air dryer. But the thing that sticks out the most to me is how beautiful it looks inside my bathroom. The 2-tone control panel has easy-to-see buttons and sleek design and the night light provides not only a light to see, but an elegant aura that enhances the décor of my bathroom.
