I like these. They feel good on and they don't get in the way of my shoe. They fit without constriction and they stay put. Easy to wear and wash out in the sink. I got these when I was adjusting to walking again after Achilles surgery.

I work on my feet most days (I run an embroidery machine) ...and our shop space is a concrete floor. When I know a longer day is expected, I bought these to help provide some extra cushion and support. They aren't thick inside shoes or even worn with socks. As I've gotten older, I've noticed my feet and calves hurt more at the end of the day. These do provide relief, I also own some gel supports to insert into tennis shoes and I feel these work just as well if not slightly better. I have smaller feet so getting these on and in the right spots wasn't difficult, but I think larger feet would be tricky! Hand washing is recommended, there were no directions, and I was afraid to put them into the washer because I didn't want them to warp or melt.

After having pain in my heal from Haglund’s deformity for about six months prior, I decided to order these. When I opened the package and saw how simple they were I thought there is no way this is going to do anything. It’s just a stretchy fabric with a rubber patch glued in the heel area. I put one on and took a few steps, no pain at all. My heel was still a little tender, but no actual pain. I now have been using the same one for over a week, still no pain and my limp from the pain has completely disappeared! I’m on my feet the majority of the day too. I highly recommend this product, and I will be ordering more when these start wearing out.

Still looking for the right solution. My ankle, due to years of injury and disability, swells a bit too much for the sock. This caused it to cut into my skin. However, prior to that, the gel was stopping the pain in my heel. I think this would be decent help for people with smaller feet.

A little tricky to get on the first few times. There’s definitely a learning curve, but they were recommended for my Achilles tendinitis and felt great.

It just makes sure my work boots don't rub against my Achilles heel. Other than that it's not worth it. It doesn't relieve any pain. It does stay in place. Easy to use, if your feet swell don't wear it. It will feel like you're cutting off your circulation. My doctor recommended it and at my next appointment I'm going to let him know it didn't help me at all.

Fits great, and the open toes mean you can put the cushion right where you need it. The silicone cushion feels cool to the touch. Great for days your heel needs a little extra protection or support. No care instructions were included; silicone typically can handle hot temperatures, but I’m unclear if the fibers of the sock could handle vigorous machine washing. I literally cannot even figure out how to put these things on. They appear to be worthless.
