Ok quality. Not like i know how its doing-:). Seems to be ok. No problems taking.

This is my second bottle. I'm not at all sure if this is effective in helping with my neuropathy. Maybe it's too soon to tell. That said, the capsules are easy to swallow and have no discernible taste. Compared to similar ALA products, it's a good value.

Although the science is mixed on the efficacy of Alpha Lipoic Acid, I take it on the recommendation of my chiropractor. I have a rapidly disintegrating spine that contributes to 'pins and needles' and 'tingles' in my legs. I avail myself of excellent specialists, a fabulous physical therapist, and even if the science isn't 100% behind Alpha Lipoic Acid (as of yet), I figure why not take it? The packaging is good, there is no smell or taste, the price is reasonable, and I prefer this higher dosage than other products.

So, I am a diabetic I've never been diagnosed with neuropathy because I suck at going to the dr. But my feet are numb/tingly all the time. And I have these itch like pains that come in different areas of my feet thats also started to happen in my hands. It's debilitating, wakes me up out my sleep, happens when im driving, in the store and I have to go go outside and rub my foot for up to an hr sometimes. I didn't think there was anything that could help until I looked this stuff up...I've only taken it for 2 days but there is a noticeable difference already. I'm not trying to jinx it but I feel like I've gone almost the whole 2 days with no pains. If this continues to work like this it will be life changing 🙌 fingers crossed!

My husband has been using this for a couple weeks now and it’s hard to tell if it’s working but no strange side effects so he will continue to take for sciatica/neuropathy and just health reasons
