So, I am a diabetic I've never been diagnosed with neuropathy because I suck at going to the dr. But my feet are numb/tingly all the time. Been using this vitamin for a while now, hoping to help heal damaged nerves. Which take a long time to heal. I pray in the future it will cause torn nerves to heal faster. Hasn’t helped with my nerve pain now, unfortunately for me. Easy to swallow. I hope to know more if this helps in the future, trying it on a longer time schedule. We’ll see ???

I didn’t expect same day results, but that’s what happened. Taking 2 a day as directed seems to cause gastrointestinal upset - so I take 1 a day for a few days & then go back to 2 a day. Even taking 1 a day seems to make a difference to neuropathy symptoms & gout. It’s not a cure, but my sense of well-being overall is better. My neurologist recommended use - not this specific brand but this brand so far has been effective. It’s more expensive than I would like for a retired person’s budget, but it’s worth paying for a product that actually provides relief.

My husband has been using this for a couple weeks now and it’s hard to tell if it’s working but no strange side effects so he will continue to take for sciatica/neuropathy and just health reasons
