Didn't do much for me, but was worth a try
Review Of:Hemani Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin 50g (1.76 OZ) I Natural Supplement for Stamina & Energy I Non GMOBrand: HemaniPrice: $11.49This was my second time trying Pure Himalayan Shilajit. The first try was with powder and that dissolved nicely in my coffee. This brand is a resin and as others have noted, not all that desirable of a flavor. It is super sticky stuff, almost like a thick glue. I tried putting it under my tongue, which some say is the best way to take it, but just couldn't stomach the flavor. I also tried the warm water dissolving method, but really didn't like the flavor of the water. Finally, I found that putting a small amount on a teaspoon and just letting that sit in a hot cup of coffee to dissolve was my favorable way to take it in the morning.after a month of taking this, I didn't really notice much of a change in my acuity, energy or anything else,. Might work for others, but not for me.

It's easy to use, but what does it do?
I can report that this stuff tastes like what it is. Old plant matter that has aged in the cracks of rocks at high altidude. The product is nicely packaged and comes with a little wooden paddle to scoop the paste out of the jar. I've been supplementing with this product using this inexact measuring technique for about a week. While the supplement has not made me ill, it has not greatly improved my vigor. Maybe it's an important supplement if you lack folic acid in your diet? For this guy, it's an interesting experiment that has not yielded any big results.I'd say that if you are looking for an energy boost, maybe this is worth a try. It didn't help or hurt me. It does feel like a product that has been gathered and presented with great care. I can see that the product has many certifications, so someone really cares about bringing this product to market.

High quality Shilajit in a big 50g jar, at an amazing price.
It's difficult to describe how life-changing it can be to take Shilajit. It's given me incredible energy, and it's fun to take. This jar is possibly the best Shilajit deal on eBay.Shilajit is effective because it supplies so many minerals (85+), and Fulvic Acid to the body. It's been used by Ayuvedic medicine for centuries, and it's famous for being an effective, natural path to increased energy and better performance. It's incredible. But what I find most impressive about this product is the fact that this large jar of 50g (most are 15g-30g) is so incredibly reasonably priced. It's sort of crazy. This is like half of what many other competitors charge, and it's a larger volume of product.Your body needs minerals to function. As an example, your heartrate is regulated by electrolytes, and electrolytes contain many of these minerals. This is the time to give Shilajit a try. This is the product to do it with, because it's premium with an awesome price.

Himalayan Shilajit Resin 50g
The media could not be loaded. This small jar of Himalayan Shilajit Resin (50g) comes in a resin form that is water soluble. The directions say to take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Unfortunately the jar that I got had been damaged in transport and was open and the resin had hardened. Once the seal is broken I don't believe you should use it. Unfortunately I couldn't even get the resin out of the jar, let alone be able to test it, because it was rock hard. It does have purported health benefits, but like any other supplement, use it as you see fit. If you are looking to add to a more natural health routine, it may be worth a try. The purported health benefits include Cardiac health, digestion, and others. Just wish I could have actually tried it.

Tastes like motor oil smells
There are a number of problems with this "Shilajit resin". The packaging claims that it is "pure", but in reality it is anything but.Problems:1. Smells and tastes strongly of petroleum. It tastes like motor oil smells. It even kind of resembles used motor oil. It tastes very, very bad. The aftertaste takes a long time to dissipate.2. The consistency for Shilajit is wrong. Instead of being a thick, black, opaque tar-like resin, it's thin, semi-runny and looks like dark honey or used motor oil.3. It doesn't mix easily in water. Shilajit should easily and readily mix in warm water. I had to spend extra time getting this "Shilajit" to mix. It just wanted to clump at the bottom of the mug.4. Once mixed, the strong motor oil smell and flavor remains. Shalijit should dilute out and leave a diluted flavor and scent behind once mixed in water.Overall, there's not a lot to like here. There's also not a lot I can say that's good about this product. While it might contain a small amount actual Shilajit, there's likely very little of it in this container. Also, the consistency and viscosity is wrong. The way it mixes in water is wrong. The overall scent and flavor profile is wrong.Genuine Shilajit should easily mix in water and this one doesn't. Because there's no way to know what is really mixed into this container, I'd be cautious buying this brand. It didn't even include any measuring sticks, but it did include a large fold out pamphlet.Because of all of the above, 3 stars removed because I cannot recommend this Shilajit either as genuine or because of its wrong flavor profile. 2 stars because the mix might contain some Shilajit, but there's just a little too much going wrong with this product.

Bottle Half Empty , not 50g more like 22g
I was wondering why it was so less so I decided to weight it out and came to see that it was not 50g but more like 22g. I was VERY unhappy about this, because one should get what one pays for. I would say buy with caution or just look elsewhere.
