Mushroom coffee has been part of my healthy journey for several years. Due to complications from having Long Covid I can no longer tolerate my ADHD meds. I also began having issues with any form of stimulant including coffee. The combo of brain fog from LC, unmedicated ADHD, and perimenopause has been an absolute nightmare! This stuff is incredible. I’m used to coffee and energy drinks bringing me up a bit and then going down, jittery and irritable the whole time.But this mushroom coffee works! It gives me a laser focus and alertness. It’s expensive, yes. But you get good quality for it. I haven’t tried any other brands so I can’t compare them. But I love this stuff and will get more in the future.It doesn’t smell great but it tastes pretty good. I add a splash of half and half and it’s tasty.

It's difficult to say whether this does any of the things it claims to do for you. I drink 20oz of coffee (Cafe Bustello brewed in a drip coffee maker w/ non-dairy creamer and about 2 tsp sugar) every morning. I switched to a half-caf blend of coffee and added 1 tbsp of Lucid as directed on the package (kept the sugar & creamer). It tastes fine, I notice a little bit of the musty smell some people have mentioned when I mix it up, but I don't taste it or smell it after that. I don't know that I've noticed any distinct benefits, but also no distinct detriments.I will say this: The package says it contains 30 servings of 1 tbsp, and I've carefully measured out leveled one tbsp servings each day and today I'm at 21 servings with maybe 3 or 4 left in the package. So your $40 purchase isn't giving you a month's supply if you drink it every day.

I’ve been having a real hard time with fatigue and brain fog and recently integrated nootropics into my supplementation. This one nails it. I’m convinced whoever makes it is as much of a coffee connoisseur as they are health conscious, because it genuinely tastes like real coffee (even down to the froth you get with fresh ground beans). It’s smooth, gentle on the tummy, and has no aftertaste. By the end of week one my lethargy and brain fog improved, but by week two it was damn near like crack no joke. I start the day feeling wakeful and end it feeling more accomplished than I have in a really long time. Lucid is the only thing I’ve introduced/switched up in my regimen, and I’m happy I did. If you’re looking for the quality stuff this is it.

I am a huge fan of Lucid mushroom coffee. Currently on my 5th bag and very impressed with their product consistency and quality. The bags always come properly sealed and the powder has always been exceptionally fresh. Easy to mix and Super Chai tastes amazing.From a supplement perspective I love that they combine a variety mushrooms with nootropics in efficacious amounts backed by research.I have tried all of the flavors and find Super Chai adds the spice punch I keep returning to. I like to add a scoop to my normal cup of morning coffee for an extra punch of sustained energy and focus. There is definitely a noticeable improvement on mood, focus and motivation on the mornings I add it to the mix.I will even add a scoop to my midday protein shake for a solid second half push to get me across the finish line on busy days.I saw other reviews saying price point seemed high but when I costed out the nootropics at the doses included in Lucid it is actually a great value!
