Yes i bought this product from Amazon and this is a USA model which has 110V,60Hz rating which is appropriate and doesn't require any convertors

Q: I have never been able to remove the blade of the small jar. How should I remove it for cleaning?

Unlike the blade on the bigger jar you might have noticed that the smaller jar has a nut screwed on it, meaning it is a fixed blade and hence cannot be removed. Best way is to soak in hot water for a while under soap solution and use a knife for the hard to reach areas

Q: does this have any warranty ? if so for how many years ?

I had a one year warranty but I've never had to use it for the past 7 years despite heavy use
