This is a VERY Serious book! I wanted to know self defense. I got that from the book. Half of the book is CRAZY STRONG information. It surprised me. But the details for what I read for what I wanted to know. Details are very great. Pictures in book are very helpful. Keeping major body parts safe, self defense etc etc. Good book. Shocking Chapters. Besides that Very well done!

La verdad es que el libro es de muy buena calidad. Sus hojas son claras y no tienen defectos de páginas o en la impresión. La verdad es que hay cosas que una persona que no está en una rama militar o cosas asi, es muy poco probable que llegue a usarlo. Aún así, de este libro se pueden sacar muy buenos consejo y habilidades para uso diario y que es bueno saber y aplicar en la vida diaria. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Escrito en ingles, una pagina explica con cierto nivel de detalle la tecnica y la otra la ilustra con dibujos acertados y faciles de entender. Hay una gran variedad de tecnicas, algunas de principiante y sentido comun y otras mas avanzadas o tacticas (como hacer una funda para pistola con una percha, que no se en que momento lo vas a usar pero nunca se sabe). Es una lectura amena y desde luego no solo te enseña algunas cosas que yo no sabia pero te hace pensar en los posibles usos extra de ciertos objetos y la improvisacion.
