This is a really good probiotic designed especially to help the kidneys. There are 4 strains in this supplement: S. thermophilus, L. acidophilus, B. longum and L. casei. There are 50 billion CFUs in each capsule. The capsules are acid resistant so that most of the CFUs make it to your small intestines where they can go to work. There are 90 capsules per container, so this will last you 3 full months. The capsules are easy to swallow. No strange after taste. This is a great probitic supplement!

I wanted to try to take a little bit of care of my kidneys so I got this and so far I love it! It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules, and easy to swallow. There’s no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any changes in a negative way and so far I feel great!

That’s a lot of CFUs per capsule. This supplement also contains prebiotics and has a recommended daily dose of 1-2 capsules twice a day. The current listed price is $59.41 for 90 capsules making this can expensive way to add pre-and probiotics to your diet in my opinion. The capsules are made with hypromellose which is a synthetic polymer used in everything from foods to adhesives. It is used to keep the capsule intact long enough to survive stomach acid and travel further along the digestive tract so the probiotics can get to work in the gut. I will stick with my organic whole milk yogurt which costs a fraction of the price and contains only natural ingredients.

I've been taking various probiotics for a while, but never tried ones targeted just kidneys. These probiotics have truly transformed my digestive health and overall well-being. It is not just helping digestion but also boosting my immune system. I initially started with half a dose to ease into it, and then transitioned to a full dose to avoid the initial shock of such a strong probiotic. I've noticed more regular digestion since incorporating this probiotic into my daily routine. Along with my workout routine and healthy eating I've never felt better.
