The price saving is worth the hassle!
I purchased this product four times. I use it in my Brother printer that is more than five years old. Some reviewers have complained that it's difficult to install the cartridges: True! I often had to reinsert the cartridges several times before my printer would recognize them, but it eventually did.No one can pull off the plastic tape covering the ink port. So I have to poke a small hold in the plastic and then pull it back. That's where some of the mess occurs if not careful.Still, the money I saved with off-brand cartridges compared to OPM will easily pay for a home printer. I will not allow the manufacturers to rip me off with over-prices cartridges.

Great for Everyday Printing
The only thing I ever print is documents, so I hate spending so much on print cartridges for general printing. These work great for that! I don’t notice any difference between these and the name brand. I’m not sure if they work great for photo printing. Also, my printer recognized them without any issue.

Not working
I ordered this and when I received it and installed them in the printer they they all worked except the blue ink refill. Amazon was quick to send me replacement cartridges and hopefully they will all work this time
