Q: I've got harmony gelish top and base coat can this be mixed with a different branded colour?

Yeah you can mix it, as they couldn't post the same brand of base and top coat I had to use another. I have had no bother. I have it on two weeks now and no sign of chipping

Q: Does this polish work with a led lamp? I bought a pixel lamp from super drug but the pixel led activated polishes are more expensive

I've been using Sensentionails LED lamp with this and it works the exact same!

Q: how does it change colour?

It changes colour when your hot and cold. So when your cold its pink and when your warm its silver.
