Gisou Honey Infused Hydrating Lip Oil, Nourishing Lip Moisturizer for Dry Lips (Watermelon Sugar)

There are a lot of products that call themselves lip oil but are just gloss. This is truly a lip oil. It feels wonderful on the lips and actually softens them. Most glosses and balms just sit on top of the skin. What's the point of that? This looks like glass and soaks into the skin leaving them hydrated. I love it with my lip stains. My favorite way to use it is as a night time lip mask. It's perfect. Price is a little steep but it lasts forever so I'm good with that. At least you get what you pay for with this one.

I’ve been using this Gisou lip oil for a few weeks now and wanted to share my thoughts. First of all — yes, the packaging is beautiful. It looks luxurious and makes a cute addition to any makeup bag. The texture is smooth, not sticky at all, and it has a light sweet scent that’s really pleasant (not overpowering). As for how it feels — it’s comfortable on the lips, gives a soft, glossy finish with just a touch of shimmer. It definitely makes my lips look healthier and more hydrated. I wouldn’t say it’s life-changing, but it’s a nice product to have on hand for everyday use. It’s not overly thick or heavy, so I like to reapply it a couple of times during the day when I want a little glow without going for a full lipstick or gloss.

This is the most beautiful and wonderful feeling lip oil. I’m obsessed and have multiple colors in multiple places. The packaging is awful though, sadly. The glass is heavy, and the plastic ring at the top of the bottle always cracks, and the product leaks into the lid. Please redesign!

love this gloss! i apply chapstick and lip gloss all day, i have to have product on my lips at all times, especially during dry weather times. i apply chapstick and lip gloss to make sure my lips are hydrated but also glossy. with this product i only need to apply one! this gloss feels incredibly hydrating, has a gorgeous glossy finish, and smells so good! it smells like honey, and is very fresh and clean smelling. i was hesitant about getting “honey” because i thought it would have an orange hue on my lips. i am very pale so worry about things like that. this does not have an orange hue and really accentuates the natural color of my lips. love love love this product.

Very gentle on the lips and I saw positive results after the first application. This is definitely a product that delivers on its promise.

It's an excellent lip oil - hydrating, nice shine, and not sticky. However, for the price, I would except a better delivery system. The oil is gloppy on the wand and leaks out of the bottle. Needs improvement.
