After approx two months of use the digitiser is playing up - the image jerks around and makes selections all by itself which makes the device unusable.I was apprehensive about replacing the digitizer myself but decided to go ahead. The instructions were good and easy to follow and the product is also good. the quality of the product is better than the previous replacement screen that was done professionally.The hardest part of the process is removing the old glass and I ended up carefully breaking it and removing all the glass and glue from around the edge of the device. Removing the tiny screws and connectors is a little fiddly but easily doable with the tools that come in the pack. When sticking on the new screen be sure to remove the backing from the tape that is behind the ribbon cables prior to sticking the screen in place.

I was a bit nervous of the risk of completely breaking my iPad however I was surprised how easy it was to fit the new screen. The supplied instructions are pretty poor but if you watch a good video on YouTube you’ll have no problems. I wish I bought this sooner as I’ve been living with a cracked screen for 2 years!

All parts and tool came with this, remember to keep your original home button for the touch id to work!

Product is ok for the price, however even after being professionally fitting it cracked again within 1 month
