No, to preserve nutrients and their original taste we do not heat treat. We use a special CO2 pressure systems after harvest to get rid of everything except the pure stinging nettle seeds in their original form.

Correct, the stinging nettle seeds are thoroughly dried before being packed.

Is this just the seeds? It looks like there are some leaves in there too.

These are pure Stinging Nettle Seeds. Leaves and stems are filtered out during processing. There might be an occasional soft small stinging nettle stalk if it is small enough to fit through our filter mash though.
