Ordered these over the holiday for a family member. Item was received timely and I didn't unpack it to check it, instead I immediately wrapped it. I was very upset when we did our gift exchange last week to find that one of the taper sets was missing, as was the moisturizer. My sister never noticed, but I did and sent the company a message.I was concerned since I had bought the set over a month ago that they may not honor the item. I was tickled when they responded quickly to me and even happier to find that they would send the missing items promptly and without any additional charge. Even better, they honored their item even after they told me it was something taken care of through the Amazon warehouse, not them directly. Always risky buying things like this, as gifts or otherwise, and to have the security of a decent company to back up their product makes all the difference to me.The item itself looked high quality and came with everything you need for larger ear gauge sizes. Granted we were missing a set, but the ones we did have we're just what we needed and made for a nice, basic kit to get things going. Eager to see how the moisturizer works out, as my sister or myself have never used something like that with this kind of jewelry. Might have to buy more!?Will definitely buy from this seller again! Highly recommended.

This taper set is only for people with just one ear smh who wants to stretch one ear at a time?!? Let's be honest how dumb is that? Opened it out of the amazon pack and saw one taper per set. I put them right on the counter to be returned. My dog found it and apparently liked the lube that was included. So atleast my dog liked something about the product as for me no way it's being shipped right back to the seller, believe that. Over $30 and you get one taper per size... pathetic!! I'll save 15$ and wait 2 days to get it next time instead of paying 15$ more to get it the next day with half the items missing. I'm honestly mind blown there's only one taper per size lol Vincent van Gogh and Evander Holyfield gauges. If you got 2 ears pass on this goofy item!!!!

I found this to be excellent for stretching the holy butter Works awesome and the tapers are perfect. I kind of wish there were a pair of tapers instead of just the one but it works.

Did not receive any 7/8” tunnels or taper and instead received two pairs of 3/4” tunnels and tapers. Everything else is great though.
