I was pleasantly surprised that the gear looked like the ads, and worked well. I bought it because of the metal carabiners that make it easy to change bands, and I wasn't disappointed. I put a rail system on the wall for my wife's physical therapy exercises and I find myself doing some light exercises when I pass by it. Maybe that will wear off, but I can tell I'm using muscles that don't normally get a workout, so I may have to get more serious about doing these regularly. It came with a nice poster that shows a variety of exercises, which is actually helpful. Note that it comes with a door-stop. Because I bought a rail and car system for the wall, we don't need it for high-mounted exercises, but I think we'll use if for lower-mounted exercises, like for legs. Really seems like a decent set of bands and grips for the price. Recommended!

These bands are nicely made, easy to clip. Sewn without flaws. Great travel set. Highly recommend for daily use. I sit at a 9-5 job and do not option to get to gym with my commute, so they are handi for a midday stretch and workout.

Great variety of resistances . I use these to have my home workout. They are very veristile and a great value. They also fit in a small drawer when not in use for easy storage. 10lb,20lb.,30lb,50lb weight are a gllld amount for the types of exersizes.

Happy with this purchase. I wasn't sure what to expect for the price point but I think the items included are very well-made. This package has everything you need for a good workout. One weakness is that the clips are not easy to manipulate when you're trying to switch bands or components on the bands but it may just be that I'm old and don't have great manual dexterity. Overall though for the price you really can't go wrong with this set of resistance bands. With the enclosed components you will get a good workout. The enclosed informational diagrams are also very helpful to know how to correctly work different muscle groups or have an effectivewhole body workout.

Strong and durable, and easy to use. It's very light, and I love the fact that I can bring this with me when I travel. The design is much stronger than a previous one I used. Having multiple strength options is a huge plus as well. I love it.

I was surprised to see that there are (5) optional weights to use and exercise chart is so simple . All of the options below apply. Function, strength,slip resistance and design

Not super strong, but if you attached both the black and gray band to the handles, you can get some fairly good resistance. You will need gloves as the straps attaching the handles will cut into your skin. I will keep them for some daily bicep/shoulder press exercise. But for the needing gloves and lack of resistance - they would be 5 star. If you are a reg at the gym, look for something stronger.
