Works maybe half the time. Randomly disconnects and takes your map off the screen. Never auto connects. Sound ends up skipping. Fitment was not great either top clips don’t hold the top of the screen in place. (Installed in a 08 gmc sierra 2500)

No issues with the unit I received. All parts were there. I am switching to this head unit because the big horizontal one I had before kept getting in the way of the shifter. The screen on this unit is surprisingly crisp for the price, and the wireless CarPlay connects faster than expected. It feels like a modern infotainment system in a truck that’s over a decade old. The installation took a bit of patience, but once it's in, the interface is intuitive and responsive. Bluetooth calls are clear, and split-screen mode is genuinely useful, especially for music and maps at the same time. The included backup camera is a nice touch and works well in low light. For the price, it's a solid investment that brings a lot of modern features into an older vehicle. Definitely worth every penny if you want to upgrade without spending dealership-level money.

No instructions or lables so you know what is what and where it goes. Also said it fit my truck but it did not

Does not fit 2006 Chevy Express 3500 dash.

We have a backup vehicle for the family just in case as we always need a vehicle as everybody drives to work. So we decided to splurge and upgrade that vehicle so when using we could actually use our phones. I gotta say it's a huge difference compared to the old radio. I can't speak for installing it as we had to take it to a local place as I wouldn't attempt to rip apart my car but the gentleman who installed this said it went in pretty easily and everything is working great.
