Great price point. I did have to swap out the tops for rubber stoppers, because wild life can break in pretty easily with the original tops. So you know, they take size 8 or size 9 rubber stoppers if you decide to go that route. Much less pricy than the name-brand ollas. Hold quite a bit of water. Packaging has a lot of styrofoam and not very environmentally friendly.

I got these olas for my garden and I immediately bought more! Living in AZ, it’s important to keep my garden soil moist while conserving water. These hold a good amount of water and slowly release into the soil as needed. I’ve had them in ground for the last 6 months and the terra cotta hasn’t shown any breakdown or crumble. I’ve used others in the past and these are worth ever cents!

I am not using these for the usual purpose. I have the bottoms partially buried (about 2") in my indoor tortoise enclosure and these keep the humidity up. Work excellent for that purpose. Both of mine came with no cracks or chips.

These are a great size for the price. You almost couldn't even make them yourself for a better price than this. The craftsmanship is great. This is my first year using ollas. These are going to save me a lot of time watering and help keep my plants from struggling in the heat of the summer.

Have been using these now for about three months. They have made a huge difference in keeping the plants alive when we are gone for a weekend. Easy to use when you put your plant works very effectively.

Go with an established brands. I bought two and when I filled the second one water gushed out of a previously invisible hairline fracture which ran from top to bottom. First one looks ok. Waste of money and time.

I have a rental and I was afraid people wouldn’t care for the plants and these totally work. The plants look happy like 20 mins after I fill them. Great solution for plants that are inconvenient to water or if you’re going on holiday. I guess you’re probably supposed to bury them, but I skipped that step and I just have them sitting on top of the soil and it works.

I am elderly and I am handicapped and in a power chair and this watering system really helps make life easier. You just burry it in the dirt until the spout sticks out and fill it with water and let it water your plants slowly. This way your plants aren't getting over or under watered. I would highly recommend these and I would buy again.
