Very easy to take but not sure how many I would need to take to equate to one teaspoon of pysllium husk powder.

Been taking these for a while as they're supposed to be good for constipation. I can't say the stated dosage has helped.

Capsule insapori e facili da deglutire, peccato ne servano due al giorno...scorta molto breve per quel prezzo...dopo 3 giorni fanno il loro effetto anche se leggero...
