I'm not sure about the detox part since I have no way to test myself before and after for metals and or "What toxins"?.I can say after taking regularly for a few weeks I seem to be more regular as well. I think it is helping with digestion and removal without the laxative effect. Again as for anything else I will be taking till the bottle I bought is gone and will buy again to use for more than one month.

I purchased this product since I have used activated charcoal and other detox products separately in the past. In looking over this product it contains ingredients I use separately so I gave this a try. I was going on a cruise and knew I'd be drinking a bit more than usual so I wanted to make sure I was able to feel good for the whole trip.The product works great. Will be purchasing again and referring to my friends and family.
