I am a baseball mama and we had a tournament day that had 30-40 degree weather and I was not on board with freezing that day and ordered this jacket. So glad I did. This jacket was perfect for being outside for 6+ hours in the cold. The outside layer is water resistant, it is warm without the heating element on, but with the heating element on is amazing. It has low medium high settings for temperature and the battery pack holds a charge to keep staying warm. Good quality, has the look of a puffer jacket, fits true to size, has a zipper to attach/remove the hood, has two front pockets, the interior pocket holds the heating element, and there are two setting for body location of heat.

I love this jacket. I use it every day. It’s warm and comfortable and lightweight. Good deal for what I needed. I love the pockets and the battery holds a charge well.

Works great AND protected me in a wreck!! It’s thick enough to keep you from feeling the impact of the airbag, much less the wind! It’s a really solid buy! It doesn’t warm your arms up, but it really doesn’t have to tbh. Just put your hands in your pockets, it’ll warm your hands up and put your arms over the warmers, too! Battery last a good while, it’s just a really good find tbh.

It's not worth the price... it gets warm but it's nowhere near hot... it gets to be a 2 on the heat scale

It's a 4 because they won't let me give 3.5. Not waterproof! And with as many heated zones you think you'd be super duper warm but it honestly does no good in the wind because the shell is so thin so not really much in the way of weather/windproof. The battery didn't last more than about 4 hours on HIGH (RED) without powering off. The battery had 1 indicator light left in but unit would not turn on until charged. It takes a good while for this thing to fully charge also. It's true to size, and comfy! The quality of the outter material could be better. This is def more for Spring than anything close to real Winter. The battery pack is hella heavy in the left inside pouch pocket. Heavier than a large smart phone. The fact that you can charge your phone from your jacket is neat but it says not to put that type of stuff right next to the pack- or keys or anything actually, so that's odd. But really, if you charge your phone you will undoubtedly freeze if you need your jacket later.

Looks great and keeps you warm. You can even use the power bank to charge your phone when needed
