Support and the company is non-existent. No real human at the other end - all bots. The accessories came crushed due to poor packaging, no way to reach the manufacturer and arrange a replacement. No user manual - took two days to figure out how to enter the menu. Not easy to install. The mobile app misses key parameters such as history - on usage, charging current/statistics etc. - which was the basic info I was expecting out of a connected app.It is doing the basic function as an inverter for now. But I am sure I will be in deep trouble if a situation arises which need a service or support. For that reason, giving 1 star so that those want a peaceful life can stay away.

So far working properly, had no wifi issues ,sound issues or any other issues as other buyers mentioned in their reviews. Backup time shown on display is nearly accurate. Wifi connection and app is working fine, i am using livguard inverteff IT1672 160 AH battery with it which works great with this inverter. Talking about the looks its very modern and the display is clear. Will update a long term review later.Also one thing don't expect any kind of after sales support from livguard as they didn't even replied to my message on WhatsApp for activation of warranty .

This inverter almost fulfill your daily usage in case of power cut, moreover this so futuristic, because you can control from your mobile via dedicated app with wifi from any where, you don't have to go and see or change the details like in the case of old fashion inverters. You can change it ups or eco modes, see the battery back up, prediction of power cut, loads, the best part can be controlled via app from anywhere. Till now no such so accurate inverter I found, apart from Livguard smart SINE 1100i inverter. believe me, you'll not regret at all. I loved it. I hope this review helps who want to purchase a best inverter in all over India. Don't know about the world.

3 star product. Inverter is ok as of now..seamless switch over to battery. Lcd panel is good..showing.. battery charging..on mains or not..wifi on ir off..eco or ups mode..and predicted powercut..which estimates after 6 or 7 cuts. Thats it. It is 900va..sine wave..and market cost of 5500 to 6500 is average..in this price you can opt for luminous inverter..same almost price..but battery of luminous is expensive..and is always in short supply..so combination of this inverter with livgaurd battery is good combo..with battery cost around 15k..in comparison to luminous which costs 25k for 200ah battery..so livgaurd becomes a healthy combo..value price 💯..Now if you buy this inverter for WIFI AND APP SUPPORT...THEN FORGET IT..THE LIVGAURD APP IS SUSPICIOUS APP...MAYBE FRAUD APP...IT REQUIRES.. BLUETOOTH.. LOCATION.??. CONTACT LIST??..CAMERA??.. PERMISSION TO BE ALLOWED BY APP ALWAYS..AND IF YOU TURN IT OFF..THEN THE APP SHUTS DOWN..IT IS A FRAUD SCAM APP.☠️💯.. OTHERWISE..THE APP SHOWS NOTHING GREAT..OTHER THAN IT IS ON MAINS SUPPLY..EVEN WHEN RUNNING ON BATTERY....THERE IS A SWITCH FOR QUICK CHARGING..IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY PRESS IT TWICE..IT DOES NOT TURN ON..AND MESSAGE SAYS TRY AFTER A WEEK TO TURN BACK QUICK CHARGE..THIS QUICK CHARGE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MAIN MACHINE.. DON'T KNOW WHY?.. LIVGAURD HAS WIERD SECURITY SETTINGS..ALSO REGISTERING THE APP ONCE IS A LABOURIOUS PROCEDURE...WASTING A LOT OF TIME..REGISTRATION OF PRODUCT IS NOT DONE VIA WEBSITE..BUT WHATTSAPP..WHICH TAKES AGES TO RESPOND..AND THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THIS COMPANY..AND LASTLY NO MANUAL..RIGHT FROM INSTALLATION OF BATTERY TO UNDERSTANDING THE MENU BUTTON IS BY YOUTUBE VIDEOS OR SELF DO IT YOURSELF...SO MUCH FOR LIVGAURD INVERTER FOR NOW.. I have received this futuristic device without any user manual in the packaging. The packaging is good and it doesn't feel that somebody in transit might tampered it. I don't know why user manual is not inside. The product is so futuristic that you don't even found any tutorial of it over the internet. I have a feeling that livguard has just pushed this product in the market just in haste only.The product do not have any physical buttons backside but the three buttons below display at front side. These three buttons have limited features. THE WIFI FUCTION WHAT CO. IS SAYING IS JUST TO MIRROR THE DISPLAY SETTINGS TO THE MOBILE. NOTHING ELSE. YOU CAN'T DO CHANGES FROM YOUR MOBILE APP TO INVERTER. Let say you want to switch eco mode to ups mode from app.. you can't do. You have to approach machine to do this and the settings then start showing in your app.
