it is light thin plastic and handle has popped out of some of the positioning holes but I do still use it in the safe positions

Great Multi-Use Equipment
A great piece of equipment that allows you to do a wide range of exercises and is easy to use. The instructions for the exercises weren't clear for me but research helped me greatly. I would highly recommend saving up to get this.
