They’ve worked well for me so far. I was poked by my urchin while cleaning my tank and the spine went through the glove and into my finger. I’ve used the gloves since then and they don’t even leak. I was impressed by that. Gloves fit well. They could be a little longer. They go right up to my elbow which is fine but I wouldn’t mind them going up a bit higher on my arm.The gloves do have a smell to them. You might want to wash them inside and out with some warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and then let dry. I don’t think this is necessary at all but your hands will pick up the rubber smell otherwise.I’ve noticed other reviewers saying things slipped out of their hands in the tank using the gloves. I haven’t had this issue at all. My gloves have a textured grip on the fingers to keep things secured.

I tried a couple other gloves before this one that supposedly had no seams and/or guaranteed not to leak. Those other products had not held up. But these gloves are terrific. They are very durable. They definitely do not have seams. I don't see how water is getting in unless I put my arm too far into the tank. But they are quite long so that won't happen. They are such a good material that I could see these lasting forever.

Sort of conflicted where it deserves 4 or 3 stars. I'll say 3.5The good:Arrived quickly and no holes or anything in the gloves. I bought the medium/large (I'm 5'4 small person) they go up a little past my elbow. Gloves are fairly thick so won't rip easily.Here's what I didn't like or expect. As soon as these arrived I opened them to try them on to see how they fit. They fit fine and I took them off. They smelled a bit strong mostly just like that rubber smell. I didn't think much of it. They're obviously rubber so I didn't think anything weird of it.I rubbed my eye and about 10 seconds later my eyes were burning so bad I couldn't open my eye. My cheek under the same eye also started to burn. I ran to the sink and ran water in my eye to flush it out and preceded to scrub my arms.So if you buy these I would advise washing them inside and out before even trying them on.I've used them several times (after cleaning them) for my tank and my fish are still alive.So there's that.

Perfect for aquarium use. Great length, thickness, and they don't smell after they dry. Still great after a year of use.

First off, DO NOT USE THE SPONGE ON GLASS. Left scratches on my glass, which is obviously upsetting, tanks are not cheap! Says clearly it can be used on glass, but obviously this is not the case. Save yourself the heartache and don't use it.The gloves themselves are pretty good, I just wish the sponge had been left out so I wouldn't have a scratched up tank.

These make water changes on saltwater tanks simple! No more water dropping down sleeves and removes risk of infection with bare hands in tank.

They smelled absolutely horrible when I took then out. I tried washing them multiple time and the smell stayed. They had this slimy, nasty feel when on my hands and my hands smelled for hours after wearing them for 10 seconds. Too much of a lingering smell for me to feel safe using them in my aquarium.

I bought these to do some work in my outdoor pond. They completely serve the purpose and keep my hands and arms dry. They also protect from touching harmful algae that I am trying to eradicate.
