Stop working after 1 month
Brake pads only lasted a month, after about 200 miles got error code E01 meaning motor failure. Checked all connections they where good. Trying to get a hold of company is almost impossible. Also, Android app you cant install.

Very pleased with this scooter. Mine is blue.
I'm 70 years old and I need a lot of oxygen when I walk fast but did not want a wheelchair to get around. (Had a clot in my lung and COVID-19) I"m 260 lbs so needed transportation that could take the weight and this one was the best I could find. Energy is great but I only use the 1st gear which is still pretty fast. The scooter does bog down when going up hills. I did buy a backpack for it because one cannot carry something in their hands and drive this thing at the same time. I charged it when I got it and have used it for many short trips and it still has full charge. Family thought for sure I would kill myself with this but it has worked out great. Took it on a cruise and used it for getting around on the ship and on excursions allowing me to cover mile distances easily. A seat would be better but I wanted it to have a small footprint and lighter weight for transporting it.

Nice scooter if I can solve some issues
This scooter looks great and I like the easy setup and app. The app allows you to adjust the settings, which you can also do via the buttons on the handlebars, but you may not always remember which button to press for each feature. It does allow you to choose from Zero start to non-zero start, which is a nice option to have. When folded, it hooks into a latch on the foot deck, but it doesn’t lock in place. Also the latch is located on the rear foot-deck, where you would place your foot. The LCD display is nice and bright and I think the range should be as expected. It seems very sturdy and well made and nicely thought out design. Unfortunately my scooter will not go above 15mph even in Gear 3 or even if I lift the front wheel off the ground to get a speed reading without any weight on it. Most concerning, the throttle sometimes sticks in the OPEN position while riding, so when you let go of the throttle, the scooter keeps going, which is obviously a huge safety hazard. I really like the scooter, headlight, turn signals and flashing brake light. Might be returning based on the sticky throttle.Update: the speed limiter problem was fixed (press the ON button 3 times quickly), but it took an email to the company to figure out as it was not obvious. The sticky throttle is still there but will see if it can be fixed before returning. I could spray some silicone lubricant on it, but I don’t want to do anything that would prevent a return if that’s what I decide. Sometimes when i press the throttle, it does not move or immediately stops moving if the front wheel spins...not sure what's going on here (and it IS in Zero start mode, so I should not have to have it moving to be able to start). Otherwise I like the scooter if I can fix these issues The handlebars are not height-adjustable but seem to be a good height. The handlebar pole is pretty thick, so most after market add-in’s for scooter bags, etc won’t fit like a traditional bike shaft.Further update: Their customer service has been very responsive to my emails, so I have not had a bad experience like others.

Scooter just stopped powering on
I actually enjoyed this purchase until it just stopped working one day. 3 days short of 3 months, I used as my commuter from the train station to my jobsite and back, approximately 4.5 miles round trip, 4 days per week. I had rode out 133 miles, then for no reason, without warning, it just won't power on anymore. I took it out of my van, where i had it ratchet strapped in an upright position with the kickstand down so it didn't move around, rode it about 300ft from where i parked in the parking ride garage to the train station platform and boarded the train like normal, but when i got off the train it wouldn't power on. Completely dead. I had to carry it 2 miles to my jobsite and was 45 min late because of it. Tried charging it it at written during my shift. When the red light on the power box on the charger turned green I unplugged it and still nothing. Completely dead. So left it at work and had to take the bus home Which took 1.5hrs as opposed to 18 min train ride. Got to the park and ride and drove home and went directly to sleep. When I woke up today my back hurts so bad from carrying it yesterday its taken almost 5hrs before I could stand up straight and that's only possible due to a heavy duty back brace. I still owe 2 payments on that scooter which right now I don't feel like I should have to pay. I do not recommend buying this scooter to anyone now due to my experience.
