the cycle was very amazing … I really like the product . The product quality is vey best … My son is enjoying it very much it has best performance

First I purchased this product on 9.01.20226 but received defective product. I request for replacement because they don't have any return policy. Again I received a defective product on replacement after 15 days. After I fully assembled it, when I tried to fill air in the rear wheel, I found the rear wheel punctured. Don't recommend to purchase.

Pro : Good and Sturdy make. Cons : accessories were missing like seat nut - Bolt and Water bottle holder and water bottle ( when called Amazon they said it is not mentioned in Description it is only in the photograph and more so we cannot deliver only and bottle and holder to you... how ridiculous!!!) Rear tyre tube was damaged so had to put the new one. One of the brake wire was damaged and brake disc was bent so need to get it fixed. Had to spent around 550/- to make it ready to use. When told Amazon about these thing... They said they will put an 'Investigation team',🤣to understand and revert in 5-7 days (I did not have much patience to wait and so does a surprise to my kid, and I decided not to wait and get the things fixed by putting some additional money to make it ready to use)

My father purchased this cycle for me .It is easy to pedle this cycle and has sudden brake .It has a bottle stand and they give the bottle.The colours are nice.Its a very good cycle you can blindly go for it .by ityou will see how good it is you have 1 week to return it .
