The media could not be loaded. It works, though I do have to charge it atleast once a shift. But I do use it ALOT! so its holding up. Comes with a hard shell case and cord for charging, its touch screen with a button to switch on and off, also has sound to instruct you which can be turned off if you prefer.

I wanted to say the unit is really great, with one major problem. The battery would hold a charge when I first received this unit. Which has been less than a year of use. Now its gone, I will have to keep the unit charging and if im lucky Ill get one or two at most readings before it craps out. do not purchase this item.

Life saver! Easy to use and comfortable. If you are not familiar with blood pressure numbers the voice from the monitor will help so much.

This thing is great but be careful if you press it to many times you can mess up the numbers! I have charged it all night and the battery stays on red .The battery doesn’t fill but im sure its fully charged just an issue they haven’t fixed!

My wife & I absolutely love this product the fact that it's portable & rechargeable + its super small great if we need it on A road trip
