Dark Film Mysteries Film Noir Collector's Set

If you love old Hollywood movies get this!

a great set of movies at an excellent price. the best part is that the picture quality and sound is very acceptable. this set is so good that I bought the other sets as well.

One or two "clinkers", but Strange Love of Martha Ivers alone is worth the price of the set. I won't insert a spoiler here, but this is a movie worth watching even if you're not a noir fan.The only issue that I have is that there is no CC for any of the films. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to have for older folks (like me) who have some hearing issues and have to crank up the volume.

These sets have a lot of really good movies in them! Many you can't find anywhere else. I recommend getting all 3 of this series (Dark film mysteries).

I really had to work just to sit through half of the movies. Wouldn't be a good buy at half the price.

I do enjoy film noir. So I bought this one and expected kind of a run-of-the-mill for it but I was surprised most of them I haven’t seen and I really did get into it and enjoy the different movies. I can’t talk about one without talking about all of them, they were just good entertainment And mixing enjoyable evening to watch one or two at a time just sit back and relax

I do wonder sometimes when multi movies are on one disc if quality will be poor. No worries. A pleasure to watch. Audio is excellent.

I've yet to even open this collection but am already stoked . Big time . I'd already seen about six of the eleven films here . I own Quicksand and Kansas City Confidential on DVD . I'd have owned more of these features by now but it was cost prohibitive for me prior to this Dark Film Mysteries collection release . I gather these are wonderful prints and consider myself very fortunate to have been availed of this super reasonably priced triple disc set . Great thanks to Amazon for the recommendation and my fellow writers here for cluing me in to its merits . If you're a noir fan don't hesitate . Automatic .
