Zojirushi CD-WHC40XH Micom Water Boiler and Warmer, 135 oz, Stainless Gray

Cannot say enough about this product . I should have owned this before. I use this for formula making for kendamil. This has preset temperatures for temperatures recommended on the bottle. Would love to use it later for coffee and tea, Great quality. I was looking for a kettle which is all stainless steel inside out and boils water and keeps at the set temperature . Its made for me . Use it every day !!!! LOVE ITTTTT

I like this water boiler very much. This is my second one for so many years.

We have always kept a hot water unit like this for the past 20 years. This is the only model I am aware of that has a stainless steel interior. Been working well the last few years.

Love the Zojirushi kettle - it is so convenient to always have hot water ready when you are. Overall, I love the product and have purchased 3 - no issues after several months of continuous use. Three things I don't love: 1) You have to choose between their 4 preset temps -- I wish I could set my own specific temp. 2) I don't love the control layout and need to pay attention to what I am pushing. I often find that if I'm not paying attention, I end up pressing the time delay instead of unlock and pour. A better layout and some physical differentiation of the buttons might make it easier to use in low light, etc. 3) If you are going between types of tea and want different temperatures, this is not very convenient; you would be better off with a smaller kettle if you frequently use different temperatures.

I purchased this style and expecting it to last longer, but it only lasted 3-4 months before becoming to rust forming on the top rim to use. I emailed to Zojirushi but they said it is not rust-proof. This model does not have a non-stick coated interior. I surprised that a japanese company with their reputation does not back up their fault products and they don't care of the customers and after-sales service. I only left 1 star because no star wasn't an option!!

I've grown up with hot water dispenser, and Zojirushi is always a reliable brand. What makes the difference is the rear of removing a lid or a piece so you can thoroughly clean them when you need to. They are all nice touches and represent very thoughtful design that is mindful of the end user. This dispenser is perfect for my needs; I drink a lot of hot beverages, so i appreciate the 4 liter size. I also like the different temperature options for different tea types, and the slow mode if you don't want splashing. Fantastic hot water dispenser.

Zojirushi is the best

I know this brand has higher price than other brands. I've shopped around for a while, and I finally decided to get this one. I like stainless steel interior instead of another version with coating. I use it daily to make coffee and tea. My temperature is set at 208F, and it stays at that temperature for a long time. There are lower temperature settings too. I did not realize the base allows you to rotate around to pour water. There are cheaper brands and models out there, but Zojirushi does not disappoint and stands out from its competition.
