Just ordered a variety of thong and open butt underwear to try because I'm over wearing what I'm "supposed" to wear!!! These are my favorite so far.I'm 198lbs, 6' 1", athletic build (ok, mostly-need some work like everyone else 😀), and went with medium in black color. Comfort level is fantastic for me-the pouch fits nicely around my cock and boys, not binding or pinching at all, and I really like the feel of the thong between my cheeks-not too tight or scratchy.What material you do feel is super soft, but they don't feel like they're going to fall apart-these may be lightweight but they seem very well made so far. I bought these strictly for the gym because I have thick legs and whenever I workout, boxer briefs bunch up and turn into briefs, and briefs turn into thongs. So I figured might as well cut to the chase. Tried several other brands throughout the years, but these seem to be my favorite so far. Mainly because of the room up front. These keep your package in front of your legs and well supported, without smashing them. The back lays on top of the crack, and doesn’t feel like a wedgie even on the heaviest leg day. They are not quite seamless, so underwear lines will show through shorts but that’s fine with me because they are lightweight. They seem to stay in place during workouts too.

The pouch holds your junk more downward and wasn’t very helpful for holding things out of the way of thigh crunch. They are comfortable. I have better for support though.

It all started with an Amazon recommended for you message and now I have a drawer full of them. Guys don’t let the fact that it’s a “thong” stop you. Think of it as a jockstrap with only one strap. They are very supportive and you don’t even feel the strap. Casey Kevin’s seems to be better quality than others. Some the pouch is not big enough and the quality of materials just not there. For us older gentlemen, the support is greatly appreciated. And the boys aren’t stuck to the inside of my thigh anymore…🥴🤪🥰

Super comfortable and silky smooth! I do feel that they run a size smaller though. For reference I am 6' 230 lb and wear a 36 in jeans and these are a little on the tight side. I will be ordering more, just going to try the next size up next time.
