Such a waste of time. I was trying to remove a stripped screw from the engine. Watched videos how to use and spent a few hours trying everything I could. I even broke the little drill piece trying to use that or I would’ve returned it. I ended up going to Walmart, purchasing theirs for about $8 and my first attempt it came out.

Not impressed. It was very difficult to get the extractor bit in far enough.

Just got it today to remove a screw from the shower drain. I tried the two smallest sizes at first. Fail. Tried the middle size and it magically did the trick. It is trial and error. I used my power drill with lots of downward pressure, VERY low speed and high torque. Ultimately, I was able to remove the drain cover and remove the gross wad of hair and gunk. I then used the shopvac to suck out other stuff. Nice little compact case that holds all the bits.

Excellent product. Extracts as should.
