UPDATE: Anker resolved my issue quickly by sending a replacement unit, and the new one has been working perfectly. After more than a week of daily use, I can confidently say this power bank performs exactly as advertised. It holds a solid charge and has easily kept my phone powered throughout long days at Disney, even with heavy use for photos, videos, and navigation. The dual charging options are excellent. MagSafe makes it easy to attach and go, while usb-c provides fast, reliable charging when I need it. The design is sleek, compact, and lightweight, so it fits easily in a small bag or pocket without adding bulk. One of my favorite features is the built-in kickstand, which allows the charger to double as a phone stand… a surprisingly convenient feature I use often. Customer service was also top-notch. The replacement process was simple and efficient, which gives me confidence in both the product and the brand. I highly recommend this charger to anyone who needs a reliable, travel-friendly power bank. Did I get a defective unit? Just got this yesterday and I have had it plugged into a charger for over 10hrs and for some reason the power bars aren’t charging to full, see video. How many hours does this take to charge??? I’ve had other power banks that are similar and charge in less time.

I’ve had a bunch of Anker power banks over the years. What can I say. They make great stuff. I’ve never been disappointed. But this one has definitely been a favorite. It’s really compact for a 10,000. It’s got a high-quality feel with a durable build and it functions flawlessly. I use it primarily for my iPhone 16 Pro Max. And I love that it’s MagSafe but usually for faster charging when I clip it to my phone, I just use the built-in USB-C to plug it in directly. The speeds up charging and also reduces heat buildup. This thing can charge your phone from dead to full at least 1.5-2x maybe more. And the built-in kickstand is super useful. You won’t regret buying this, especially if you’re the type of person who goes through a lot of power. Another Anker product for the win 💪🏼⚡️

01/14/2026 update. Charger is still exceeding my expectations. So much so that my wife, who insisted she did not need one, uses mine more than I do. I came back to purchase 2 more only to find they are not available. PLEASE offer more of these to purchase! Some complain about the USB-C cord that sticks out the bottom but this is why I LOVE this charger. I can charge my phone, as well as 2 other USB-C devices using the cord and the plug in. ** I was debating for the last couple weeks if I should make this purchase. I decided to buy it for 29.99 after the charging port on my Iphone has began going out (As they always do after a couple years, forcing you to replace it. I believe this is intentional!). Anyhow, this is the best portable charger I have purchased. With my charging port on the fritz, I am only able to charge wirelessly. The magsafe charger is VERY strong and makes a solid connection even while using my Otterbox case. This has been my issue with magsafe chargers in the past, not having a strong connection while using my case. This one is FLAWLESS. The battery gets a little warm, just as my other wireless chargers do, and is not an issue what so ever. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a great magsafe wireless charger.

Love this power bank as it is simple to use. Anker is a reputable brand so I expect it to have a long life. Looking forward to taking it on my next flight as the airplane charging is so slow. It is a bit thick. I see they make a much slimmer one now.

Very good product,There is no lack during wearless charging, I took it for s25 ultra & it’s working properly. My main focus was wireless magnetic charging. It’s works very nicely. Weird & wireless both support fast charging. 100% recommended.

This is amazing design. The fast charge cable doubles as a holding strap. The wireless charging magnet works with the stand to be a great portable stand for working / media. It's small but mighty.
