These taste great and are like having a treat / sweets. I have to make sure I limit myself to just two a day.They are a great way for getting my Vitamin C and Zinc, and of course the benefirs of Elderberry. It's winter in the UK at the time of this review so I'm keen to keep taking these to help prevent any unwanted colds /illness and so far so good.I find when I take similar products as capsules or tablets I often miss them as I don'y enjoy swallowing tablets. So because these are gummies, it helps me keep the routine of taking them daily as I think of it as more of a treat than anything else.60 gummies, which is a 30 day supply. I would very much reccommend.

At the recommended two-per-day dosage, you will get a month's supply here, sealed in a plastic screw lid top. The gummies are easy to eat and have a pleasant fruity flavour and I wouldn't imagine having any issues getting fussy eaters to take these - they are, essentially, vitamin jelly sweets.I like to top up my C vitamins and zinc over the winter months (along with vitamin D) just to give me any help possible getting over sniffles and colds. These are ideal for that purpose and I've been taking them after breakfast on my way out to work in the morning.My only gripe with these really is they do like glueing themselves together in the pot, which does make them tricky to fish out individually. Not a huge issue, but a star off just because I've had other brands previously that don't stick together quite as much.

They are all stuck together in one big lump, you have to really pull at it to loosen one. They taste good though. The advertised bear shape caught my eye but they are half sphere shaped, not bear shaped.

I purchased this product on the assumption it has been made in the UK. Unfortunately I still am trying to find out where the product has been manufactured. I will email the seller for hopefully some information also the product does not fit the description and is all clumped together?UPDATE:So I have messaged the seller who has given me 2 companies that supposedly manufacture this product, unfortunately I don’t believe that this is correct after trying to contact them.This product was purchased for my daughter as it clearly says 12+ unfortunately she had very weird side effects from the product. Please look at the description as it says no added sugar or sweetener yet the ingredients say very different? Also the ingredients the seller sent me are totally different to those advertised? I have contacted Amazon about this as it’s aimed at children and I’m very worried at what my daughter has been ingesting.

Ideally that intake should come from food, but not everyone is in a position to do that. That's where supplements come in.I remember as a child my mum forcing me to take vitamin pills daily and they always tasted disgusting. It really put me off taking vitamins. But now, vitamins come in many forms and gummies is the most fun way of taking them. Just take two Vitamin C gummies and it's like having a couple of wine gums. They are very tasty and are certainly much more enjoyable than pills.If you have an older child that really hates taking pills (Or perhaps you are an adult who hates taking pills or you just cannot swallow pills) then these are a good alternative that most people will enjoy taking. The gummies are a delicious mixed berry flavour and are easy to chew and swallow. I also love that they don't stick to my teeth at all. I have been taking elderberry for a couple of years now to help with immunity and I find it to be quite good for this, although I cant make any specific health claims. I like that they have included vitamin c to help with the absorption of the elderberry. I like the gummies and I find it easy to remember to take them because they taste great. My only slight issue is with the plastic packaging, I would have preferred a glass bottle or biodegradable pouch that other brands have adopted.

This is the first time I have liked vitamins in gummy style and I am absolutely in love with it. These are soo tasty and don’t have any aftertaste in them. I have tried so many vitamin gummies but never liked any because they have an aftertaste. These vitamin c and zinc gummies just taste like a gummy.I never forget to take them anymore and in fact am so excited daily to take them.Highly recommended
