I occasionally get sinus headaches with sharp pain in my eye socket. I always keep this natural pain medication around. I put about 10 beads under my tongue and after a few minutes it relieves the pain. It works very well.

I get cluster headaches on the left side of my face. This is about the only thing I’ve found that helps. My nephew gets similar headaches but on the right side of his face and they didn’t help him. He’s still looking for a solution. So happy I found one that works for me. If the headache is bad I’ll take 5 pellets then wait 15 min and take three more. That usually does the trick.

It is ridiculously expensive! I used to take Spigelia when I was a kid, living in Mexico and it works. I can’t afford to buy one of these every few days.
