It's a smooth shaver, even with Feather blades. I would classify it as a mild razor. No blade flex on this one.i wish it were heavier, the handle is hollow and could have been heavier. But the balance is good, and a heavier handle would compromise it. The only issue is you have to be extremely careful while loading a blade. The magnet in the base is a bit annoying since it's pretty strong and makes it risky to remove a blade. I suspect I shall get better at it with practice. I also bought the parker single edge, but haven't used it because of missing blades. Will update if I don't return it.

Very disappointed, angle of cut is not good, and the shaving is worst. I tried shaving for a week but left with cuts on face. Ultimately thrown in dustbin

Am using blades from last 4 months. This is my third one. At very first shave I felt dissatisfied because of its light weight, before this i used pearl double edge razor. The reason for dissatisfaction is it's light weight. But i changed my technique while shaving 1. Angle adjustment a little bit downward angle 2. Applying Little pressure while shaving. Slow shave My problem solved I shave daily Now am satisfied with this I use each blade for 4 to 6 daily shaves , I clean razor daily.

I have a 6000 RS razor from an American company so I bought this as a backup razor due to the price. Quite impressed with the quality and build of the razor. It feels like a premium razor at affordable price. This 1000 RS razor is actually comparable in quality to my 6000 RS razor.

I can give it a 3.5 star for poor QC and aggressiveness of the razor. The shave is smooth. I used various blades cut into half over these 5 months. It is almost my daily shaver. With very sharp blades like Feather it is pretty dangerous razor. Like my other Pearl safety razor this is a bit aggressive one. Mild blades like 7'O Clock gives pretty satisfying shave. The quality control is a bit disappointing. The razor head is not uniform at the two ends. One side exposes the blade more than the other. In one of the photos of a review you can see it.

I have been using this razor for head shaving and have done so seven times. During the first two attempts, I accidentally cut myself, but that was mostly due to my inexperience. If you are considering using it for head shaving, there is a bit of a learning curve involved. That said, I believe it is worth it in terms of financial savings and achieving a clean shave. The product is of superior quality, and I would highly recommend it. However, if you plan to use it for head shaving, be prepared to take some time to get accustomed to it.

Product is poor quality in design .. i was using blades more than 10 year never got cuts this much ... First shave itself i got 6 cuts ... Blade angle is not proper don't buy this item
