5’8” 170lbs B cup L in tops and a L or XL in bottoms Purchased the L/XL I would say this is true to size. I have lost weight and have been left with quite a lot of hanging flesh. My biggest issues are a hanging apron belly and deflating/hanging flesh on my button and legs. I need something to keep me from looking lumpy and jiggly as I continue my weightloss journey. I’ve always been a size larger in my bottoms than tops which means that when I buy a shorts style garment, I get a muffin top line on my thighs. Because of my height, capris end up rolling up to my knees also causing a muffin top there. No bueno. This took some effort to pull up over my bottom but once I got past that point it went fine. I don’t have a bunch of experience with other foundation garments but I’m guessing this is mid compression. It feels like wearing compression leggings without getting cut off at the tummy. I will be altering this at the straps: cutting the straps at the connection to the back and removing the buckle which will give me approximately an extra inch in strap length. Being taller means that the torso is just a bit short on me which makes the straps a tad tight on the shoulders. I slipped my silicone nipple covers inside the garment to cover my nipples. I’m not getting the pancake effect in the bust. which is nice. I am a B to small C cup and this would not work, given my height, if I had a larger bust. This does have what seems to be a generous gusset at the crotch. I have not worn it yet when needing to pee so I can’t give an opinion on that. Here’s hoping it works 🤞🏼 (I am wearing underwear underneath in this photo since this was my first try-on.) Hope this information helps someone else make an informed choice.

I was concerned because I received a S/M and didn’t think it would fit. I’m 5’4” and 210lbs and this shaper snatched me right up! And it was not only easy to put on but it didn’t have creases, was comfortable, had an open crotch for the potty breaks and was undetectable underneath my jumpsuit. It stayed put for hours, and although the compression was amazing, I could still breathe! 10/10. Glad I didn’t get a bigger size.

Leggings delivered as promised. They feel great with plenty of room and shapes to my body. Quality is great with good support.

This shape wear is comfortable to be shape wear lol! It was easier to get on than any other one I have tried so far. The only issue I have is the XXS-XS is too big. It doesn’t compress where it needs to and although it is comfortable- I feel like that’s a bad thing in this case. The fabric rolls and bunches up when I sit and it makes it not so comfortable there. The legs have a lot of stretch though which is really nice. I have pretty muscular thighs and the thigh length versions cut in terribly- this one leave me seamless all the way down which I appreciate. Overall I wish they had one size smaller than they offer!

I'm typically an XXL or a 3x. Some of my clothes are even XL. Once in a while due to overseas sizing I'm a 4x because that's just the way the world works these days. Only 1 time in my season as a plus-sized person have I ever bought another 5x sized product that wasn't too big. At least that one fit. Although I ordered the "5x" in this jumpsuit, I audibly cackled when I pulled this absurdity out of the bag it arrived in. Lies! All lies. Wow. Only wow and more wow! I ordered a 5X full body compression garment. I opted for the 5X due to other reviews & also because it is a compression garment, & I didn't want something super tight. But what I did want was a Garment. You know, something Wearable. 🤷‍♀️ What I got was a flimsy unitard that looked like it came from the children's department. Literally was about 3ft long (I'm 5'11") and about 6 to 8 INCHES wide (I'm way bigger!) Daunted by it's microscopic appearance, & envisioning the body contortions I'd have to maneuver to get into it, I mentally DID NOT even HAVE the ENERGY. I'm plus sized. I'm disabled w a laundry list of health issues. I'm in terrible pain. I have miserably disabling arthritis. I also have lymphedema. Hence the flipping need for a compression garment. (Fyi to any judgy mcjudgersons, the weight gain came after & due to the disabilities, not the other way around.) To spend $20-30 on something like this, because I'm so impoverished by out of pocket medical/trying to exist costs, is actually an investment for me that I have to budget for. After I laughed at the ridiculous Peter Pan - no - Pixie! size of this thing, I literally cried. Because now I had to at least try to try it on, despite the world having laws of physics. And mentally & physically, I couldn't even bear to attempt it right then. So it sat in my room unopened, staring at me, mocking me, haunting me, for weeks. On one of my better days, I took a leap of faith finally convincing myself maybe, just maybe this company was not a bunch of outright liars & maybe, just maybe their 5x that looked like a 9-year-old boy's undergarment with miniature breast cups & laughable bootypop pleating, could perhaps fit my 5'11" 2xl-3xl frame. Oh the misery that ensued. Although the fabric is actually quite pleasant on the skin, & although I was able to get the contraption pulled up to my knees, that's as far as it could go. Even if I was buttered up & greased & launched into this with a body cannon, there was no room & no chance for it to even come up to my thighs. Note to the manufacturer: I don't know what planet you are on, but We are on planet Earth. We have measurements here like inches, meters, yards, miles, and clothing sizes so that we can embrace the physical laws that govern our natural world. In case you are from another planet, let me tranlate: "W@&$&#^# the @%%@@%÷ and ×[#<>$>$### is this????" Shame! Shame on you for wasting my time, energy and money on such a ridiculously undersized piece of garbage joke that now has to waste more stress, time & energy & freaking fossil fuels being shipped back. How dare you. So no, I do not recommend this product. Unless you are making child-sized dolls or something & want to stuff with cotton. I wish I'd taken pictures of this item before sending it back, only actually seeing it could invoke the shock & awe & comedy of what I'm trying with words to explain. I was too exhausted to even do that, after trying to work my way into this insult. For frame of reference it literally is about the same width as a regular hotdog bun. Because I am a human, and not a hotdog, it did not fit.

Checked out a lot of different kinds of these and read all reviews on this item and others and this item is perfect, smoothed me out good, don’t even need a bra. Won’t be sharing photo because it’s nude but highly recommend. 5’9 165 and got lg/xl good fit

Doesn't provide much "tummy control". It fits to size. I used the size chart. I figured the chart is an estimate. It is soft and the fabric quality is nice. Very comfortable.

It gives medium compression allowing you to move freely and feel comfortable but still giving the snatched feeling at the same time. I ordered 2 more.

I wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do, but here we are. I already own several items from this brand and honestly, they’ve become my everyday go-to pieces. This one is no exception. The fabric is super soft (proper buttery soft) and really comfortable to wear all day. It gives a great shape without feeling like you’re being squeezed into it, and it somehow manages to be supportive without squashing your breasts or needing a bra underneath. The best part is the firmer panel through the middle. It sits low enough to actually smooth the lower tummy area (yes, that area), which makes a noticeable difference while still feeling comfortable. The version with leggings is a brilliant idea. The leggings themselves are not see-through at all and not shiny, which I really appreciate. They’re very flattering, give a nice lift to the bum, and help everything look smooth and streamlined. The firmer panel through the middle is probably my favourite feature. It sits low enough to actually flatten the lower tummy area, so you get that flat-tummy feeling while still being able to breathe and move comfortably. The overall effect is a slimmer look through the tummy and thighs, without feeling squeezed. I’m a size 12/14 and ordered a Large .which fits perfectly. Looks tiny however no problems putting it on and it stays in place all day.It’s also completely not see-through, so you can wear it just like that.You will need some shorts though as the crotch is open 🤭(for toilet breaks). Bonus points: no bra required, which automatically makes it a winner in my book. Overall, it’s comfy, flattering, practical, and well thought out. Flat tummy, lifted bum, no bra needed — I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

Not much compression on the legs, but it's snug around the tummy. I can wear it every day under my clothes, especially during winter. I like the comfort of the breast area without squeezing your boobs. S/M is the right fit for me at 140 lbs and 5'1".

Highly recommend, it's not super tight, but smooths your shape. I'm size 12 and I bought a small, but if you want more compression, then a smaller size might be best.
