Scam. Product contains little to no creatine. I recommend looking it up on YouTube or get it tested yourself at a local food lab.

These are absolutely delicious. They taste like the typical gummy sweet. Their texture is great too - it reminds me of Turkish delight. The pineapple flavour doesn't taste artificial - it tastes of dried pineapple. Honestly such a great way to take creatine. And it feels like a treat 😍

These creatine gummies taste absolutely amazing – almost addictive! You need to take four a day, and honestly, I look forward to them. Of course, buying creatine powder is cheaper, but carrying it around when travelling is a hassle. You have to measure it, mix it with water, and drink it. With these gummies, it’s effortless – just pop them in your bag and you’re set. Even at home, sometimes I don’t feel like dealing with the powder, so I just treat myself to the gummies. I Would NOT buy again after reviewing the test certificates of this products in all flavours. There is no mention of creatine monohydrate in the ingredients. I didn't feel any benefit from this product.

They are effective. Do contribute to energy levels in a positive way. You can mix them in with other vitamins ect. They taste as they are described. Get a nice quantity for the price. They are quite solid and not as soft as you would expect. I found that they all stuck together in the tub and was a pain to pull them all apart.

Search James Smith creatine scandal. These have been found to contain 2% or less of the advertised amount of creatine. I have been buying these for months and feel completely screwed over. A company doing this deserve legal action taken against them and i will be pursuing a full refund as a minimum.
