I have been using these to try and help with my energy and focus and although I can’t say I have noticed anything with my energy levels I have seen an improvement with my focus. This pot 210 tablets and you only need to take one 200mg tablet per day so it is really cost effective and will last you a long time. They are easy to swallow too.

Ordered these 2000mg ones after trying 4000mg with reishi mushroom in case full 4000mg isn’t needed and addition of black pepper would do the job in helping the absorption this much more as some people make it sound to be. It’s actually a noticeable difference, but the other way around, so if you’re used to stronger dose, I’d suggest you stick with it. I do like that it also contains vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5 but if taken with other supplements, one will need to pay extra attention to not consume too much of those additional perks and do more harm than good. However, these do work out at around 6p per tablet which I think it;s quite high if you can get 4000mg for the same price, you’d expect there to be a bigger price difference.
