These smoothies all have an okay taste. I think the vanilla berry flavor tastes the best. I also prefer the smoothies to be mixed with oat milk rather than water because it gives them a better taste. They are very easy to mix, but definitely need to be shaken or blended to get mixed in well. I appreciate that the smoothies are all natural, with no preservatives and non-gmo. I felt full after drinking these smoothies but definitely wanted to actually eat something too, so I like how it is recommended to eat fruit and vegetables too. I am a very petite person to begin with so I did not lose any weight, but I feel like this helped me cleanse my insides. I also felt more energized after doing this and noticed my skin looked better too. Overall this is a great cleanse for your health.

I used this product as directed for the 3 days. I used a shaker bottle with metal mixer ball inside. The taste is very light with water. I also used oat milk for the afternoon shakes, which added a little added creaminess to the shake. I blended as directed and while it seemed to mix well, there was still some grittiness and did not mix as well in the cold oat milk as it did in the water. I tried allowing it to sit for 15 minutes to see if that helped, but it did not. Overall I did not mind the minor grittiness as I would prefer not to have additives that would allow the product to mix better.The flavors are nice combinations and are not overpowering. There is a hint of coconut in each flavor.I ate fruit with morning shakes and veggies with afternoon shakes and surprisingly did not feel hungry. I would like a little more protein in each shake to help sustain muscle during this type of cleanse.I would say the product is a good value and helps remove the bloat! Definately worth a try and helping your gut health!

Tastes horrible. Actually no taste at all just a pasty texture. Felt no effects followed directions crims. Waste of time an money

I really liked the idea of using a product that is healthier than others I've investigated. The instructions say to shake the container you use the product in (you can use water or plant-based milk). We use almond milk; we don't use dairy. After using this product for the 3 days, I'll make the following observations. First of all, it's difficult to get the powder to dissolve in the liquid. It requires a lot of shaking and continued shaking as you consume the product. Stirring definitely is not adequate to dissolve the powder. I do feel like the product works pretty good. It comes with a few different flavors to kind of mix up the taste. My biggest issue is that the flavors to my taste aren't all that great. They aren't horrible, but, as long as you think of it as being a healthy cleanse, I was able to complete the process. I hope this will assist others as they consider this product to try.

Raw Generation detox cleanse helped me to jump start a healthy weight loss journey. There are 3 flavors in each box vanilla berry has a berry taste that reminds me of a bowl of berries very tasty. Strawberry hibiscus has a pleasant berry taste too. Lastly peanut butter banana has a nice favor too. The first day I mixed with water which is nice for convenience taste was palatable. The 2nd and 3 rd day I mixed with milk I felt full longer and enjoyed the taste much better. I lost 4 lbs while consuming this product I would definitely purchase again as a maintenance plan too !

I’m not sure how other people reviewer these so highly. I found 2 of the 3 flavors completely undrinkable. The peanut butter I was able to get down, mixed with almond milk, not water, but I wouldn’t say it tasted good. All were very gritted despite blending with a real blender and trying to add ice, nothing helped the texture.

I was a bit skeptical going into my 3 day cleanse, but I am so glad I finally tried it! The overall instructions on how to use it is for the most part clear. This is my first body cleanse treatment, so I had to make sure i followed them as best I could. I am a bit overweight and was looking for loss of pounds, I did lose 2 pounds which is better than none. I do feel as though it made my stomach feel like it was not bloated or aching. The fruits I did in the late morning hours with my drinks and had steamed veggies in the evening with my drinks. I am satisfied that I achieved a better wellness feeling overall after completing the 3 day detox! Will try again for sure!

This three-day cleanse made such a difference in my health! After following the program, which included drinking 6 smoothies a day along with eating fruits and vegetables, I was no longer bloated and had so much more energy! I was no longer sluggish and tired. The flavors are delicious, too. I have tried other regimens, but this one stands out because of how delicious the smoothies are and the fact that they have no artificial chemicals. I did not experience stomach upset like some smoothies cause. This even helped me sleep better. Detox with this and you will feel re-charged.
