Love these! They work better than the Olly plant powered sleep capsules and they taste so good it's hard not to eat more. I have had such good sleep and don't wake up in the night anymore

Not gonna lie. I felt like I was about to blow my limited extra spending money on this supplement. I did a lot of research before settling on this product. The ingredients were what I wanted and nothing on my unacceptable list. Day after first use I am definitely glad I gave this a try. I have Generalized Anxiety disorder. I am peremenipausal. I was living on too many extra things to get through a work week along with my regular prescriptions. I felt good the day after first use. Honestly it was an old familiar feeling. I missed this version of me. Still a ways to go on longterm use effects, but instant difference for me has me hopeful. I'm glad I took a chance on this stuff. Tastes really good too. You'll be tempted to take extra. Don't. Just follow instructions.

I was looking for something that would help me to lose weight and to sleep better at night. Although I didn't notice any weight loss, I was very happy to see that for the first time in a long time, I sleep a lot better when taking just 2 gummies before bed. I sleep a deeper longer sleep now. Before, I was only sleeping 1-2 hours and waking in the night. Now, I can sleep all night! It works instantly so you're not building up a tolerance like you do with supplements. If I forget to take it one night, I notice a difference right away!

A real honest review- this supplement has been a huge help to my sleeping. I’ve tried melatonin, magnesium, even sleeping pills. All only helped occasionally. This cortisol gummy has been a life saver. I’m finally able to relax and fall asleep. Tastes great too.!

I can’t even begin to describe how much these gummies have changed my life in just the two weeks I’ve been taking them. I’ve suffered with severe stress and anxiety on and off most of my life. I discovered that high cortisol can be the cause of this, as well as my weight gain in recent years.
