So delicious and hits my Szechuan peppercorn flavor itch within minutes. Incredibly satisfying taste! The squiggly noodles texture is delightful. I didn’t love it at first but I was hooked by the last bite and started to crave it often in the cold winter months. I also recommended this to others who enjoyed it just as much!

These are really good! Spicy and I don't feel bad for eating them since the noodles are on the healthier side. Would definitely buy again.

They’re good, but as a lover of the Fly by Jing Chili Crisp, I expected more. I’m a true Ramen lover, I eat noodles of some form most every day, not because of money stress, but by preference. Truly, these are good, but I feel like I could attain the same with a bag of cheap ramen and add a bunch of the Fly by Jing Chili Crisp. I don’t know exactly what I expected, but at this price point, I expected more.

Loved the texture, loved the taste. I hope everyone knows they can use less of the seasoning sauce if they need.

Pretty spicy if you don't normally eat very spicy food - but delicious! I tend to not eat spicy food much anymore but I like a "kick" now and then, so I purchased these and I mix in some non-fat sour cream to mellow out the spice level. The noodles are so incredibly delicious and fun. And the ruffles on the noodles are great at grabbing the sour cream I use. This is a very tasty meal.

Expensive and not spiced right. I made two packs and we both didn't eat them. Too spicey, and not in the right way. Your tastes may be different than ours. Throwing 4 packs out, which kills me because of the cost.

I was pretty excited for this entry while trying out ramen-style noodles, but this one was a mixed result. The noodles are really great - thick in the middle, with thin serrated sides that pick up sauce and flavor. I'd call them stingray noodles. Unfortunately, there are three sauce packets that all fail to impress. Not only do you need to squeeze multiple packets out (for a 'fast' dish), but one of them is so thick with small ingredients that you can't empty it out unless you mix in water like it's a condensed soup can. The end result is just ok - it attempts to replicate the mouth-numbing Sichuan peppercorn, but it doesn't hold a candle to the real deal. Eating this feels like mostly bare noodles, with too much oil and then little 'meaty' nuggets out of the packets. There are so many better options for spice hounds, and while this does bring something new with the premium noodles, the rest of it could use a rework.
