not saying that this fryer is bad but the one I got was!
had this item for a week and it stopped working was a third-party item and having issues getting my money back been dealing with them for a month feel like Amazon should help me with this issue. Last customer service guy made me feel uncomfortable with what I was trying to explain to him told him the item was damaged, but meant to say it was defective in the description it says is item defective or damage Long point short will just like my money back and I have to pay for shipping. I spent a lot of money on Amazon a year just did not go well with me. Sincerely, unhappy, Amazon .
