I really like this protein powder. The 2-lb containers contains 29 servings if you use the included scoop. I use about 8 oz of water and the Vanilla flavor mixes up easily with just a spoon BUT the chocolate flavor doesn’t. I use my MAXX shaker cup that I purchased on Amazon and it does a great job in a couple of seconds. Otherwise, the chocolate is so hard to mix I’m sticking with just the vanilla. The taste of both is not bad. Each scoop provides 30.4 grams of protein. It lists 5.5 grams of BCAA.I just chose the subscription for once a month. It reduces the price a bit and 29 servings is a month but since I drink it twice daily I may change the subscription to two containers for the monthly subscription.
