Very Good.
So upon opening the packaging, the product began to take shape almost immediately and it hasn't even been sat out for the full recommended time. The dog has used it already and its sturdy enough. He is a cockapoo build, so small-to-medium. I had to ensure the product supported his weight. READ THIS CAREFULLY when looking for steps for your dog. I personally like that the cover can be removed and washed, as my mother will prefer that ease of use. So far the product is receiving nothing but praise. The dog used it near-instantly and the size is perfect. I chose the 3 steps for him so the 'drop' isnt so big, given he has a sensitive and sometimes irritated trachea. Great looking product, easy to use. Thanks.

Cozy kiss Dog stairs
The stairs have settled perfect I highly recommend them. I’ve got a mini dachshund 38 inch long from her head to her tail and these four steps are perfect. The size is perfect. Please make sure you do leave them for 24 hours then completely safe to use.

Good sturdy steps
Great size as it reaches right to the top of the bed so makes it easy for my little dogs to get on. I went for the 5 steps. It very sturdy and goes well in our bedroom.

Good quality, sturdy, lightweight and easy to move.
Very good quality and nice and sturdy. Lightweight, easy to move. I purchased two of these to go back to back along the bottom of the bed as our dog had a bad habit of jumping off the bottom and it is quite high and not ideal for an older dog to do. Although he's still wary of jumping on them at least he now uses the step at the side to get on and off. Hopefully he will soon get used to them being there in the near future.

3 step, great looking and good size for11kg dog
3 step, perfect for my older dogs to get onto the bed, plenty firm enough for 11kg dog, expanded in no time, glad I payed a little more than cheaper versions.

Brilliant option!
This has been so good for our 18mnth old cairn terrier. I have a very high bed so she needed lifting up and would jump down onto our wooden floor (so I was worried about long term impact on her shoulders!) But these little stairs (the 5 stairs option) have been so helpful, she took to it straight away - it's grippable with her paws, not too steep and the actual stairs grip really well to our wooden laminate flooring! I was actually surprised by how well made it is and it actually looks really nice too (we got one grey one) so very happy! She's been using it for over a week, would recommend based on our use!

Perfect steps for my Daschund to get to bed
Wow great value steps for our newly decorated bedrrom ! My Daschund Mr D'Arcy Couldn't wait to open this after I told him mummy got new steps !! His previous ones was only 2 steps he's 2 years old this is perfect now so he's not twisting with his back & spine ! & most importantly the perct size for our wooden sleigh bed ! Much easier for him ! I'm so Happy its a hit with the little man & me he's the best reviewer in our house ! He's tested lots of itmes & this as to be the best he's zooming up and down lol & comes in a lovely cream colour & a little carry handle on the back quite light too it instantly expands but does say to leave 24 hrs to fully expand now its be right but he was so excited wanted it to stay bless !! So yes its a 10 ! Says Mr darcy chief revier from Manchester lol

Good but need stability for the 5 step
Came vacuum packed in its cover and expanded fully over the next few hours. We put them straight against the bed to begin with, needed some anti slip matting underneath. They were too wobbly for my 13kg dog to go up confidently and take the last little leap onto the bed. They would be fine if wedged in a corner but, standing alone with only one side against something, the 5 steps are not the most stable with significant weight on. You can see our bed is really high. We had a blanket box before but she is 12 years old and struggled to get up sometimes… more so, I was worried for her getting down. Anyway, the solution for us was that I knocked up a frame for the steps and now they are stable. She gets up and down with no issues and is happy using them! The steps themselves are just what we needed because she won’t go up plastic or wooden stairs or slopes and we needed something tall enough to get up high enough for our bed in a limited space. Love the steps being foam. Not great on stability.

Steps nearly completely formed straight out of vacuum pack. My 10 week puppy trotted up and down them straight away and quite easily. No loose fabric as some have said. Quite firm. Good value. 5 step purchased for a high bed.

My dogs have no problem. They have had a ramp and stairs. I noticed our old stairs for the bed were getting worn and the wedge the use as a ramp to the couch was easier. Our bed is on the floor directly with the matress on box springs. It's 23" high for reference. I bought the 5 stairs option and it's perfectly level. Our old 4 step stairs were shorter than the bed and they had to still jum up a few inches. I would say a bit taller is easier for them rather than a bit shorter. A little hop down is easier than a hop up, especially on older, less mobile, or smaller pets. It is all of the length you think it will be. I would like it to not stick out so far, but I can walk around if it's easier on my babies. Its soft so im not going to stub a toe if I kick it at night. They are very old. One is a 6lb chihuahua with bad hips and one is an 18lb corgie mix with short legs. The long incline helps them. I would suggest that if you put this on a slick surface, put a rug or mat at the front if it's not on carpet. My boy came running down and slid a bit on the slick vinyl floor. She walks like down like an old lady with zero problems. Much easier than hopping down the old square stair style. He's very excitable even in his old age. A rubber bottom front door rug solved this. I put half under the stairs and let half stick out. Its the perfect width and he can't slide. The stairs have nubs on the bottom to keep it from slipping and there's no problem on carpet. It's sturdy enough for my small dogs and it's only supported on the short side where it touches the bed. Long side up against the furniture would work too. The sides are a smooth material and the ramp part has a more textured material. It has a handle, but I don't know if the 5 stair version should be carried that way without eventuallyripping the fabric of you move it a lot. I have used the handle with no problems. I would have liked it to be about $15 less but I'm OK with the price as the foam seems more sturdy than our old stairs. Something to consider on foam stairs is that the softer foam stairs wore out on the second from the top, where my 18lb boy jumped from the stairs to the bed. It wore a rut in the foam under the fabric where his nails dug in. This looks like it won't be an issue as he no longer needs to jump up. This foam is much more sturdy, hence why I'm not upset about spending more. It takes pets more than a few times to learn stairs or a ramp. The don't just know how to use them. Try it for a few weeks not a few times. Use some encouragement like a trail of treats up and down. Once they realize how easy it is, they will use it. Oh, it doesnt fold or squash back down, so once it's up, it's up. It came with the fabric cover already on. It's removable to wash. Getting it back on looks like it won't be too difficult if the fabric doesn't shink. I'd say cold water, hang dry.

These steps are wonderful. I bought them for my little chihuahua puppies to get on the couch. But all my other dogs are using them. They were definitely worth every penny. Because they aren’t basic steps and they are soft my puppies also sleep on them. They are the perfect height.
